Ukr -> Pol: I know Aeg is empty, if that helps. But I cannot
*commit* to supporting an attack on Ath because Isr has surrounded
Con. I may use Bul to support Con, but if I decide to let Isr take
Con while I grab another of his centers, then Bul will support the
attack on Ath. Hope you understand... if I commit, I give away too
much info to Isr.
