Flooding has now occured in the areas of Yorkshire, Picardy, Apulia, Rumunia, Sevastapol, Finland, Syria, Denmark and Liverpool.

This does not bare well for
England who suffers the loss of the 2 supply centres of Liverpool and Denmark
Russia who suffers the loss of the 2 supply centres of Rumunia and Sevastapol.

New Cities have been formed in Ukraine (under Russian control) and Iceland (neutral)
