Only to find that his trust has been betrayed by some of his former
allies who have taken the opportunity of his absence to plot against
Russia. Worse, these deceitful Powers did not keep their promises,
made as men of honour, but instead launched attacks against the
Russian Liberator.
Let this be a warning for everyone who dares to entrust Powers like
these with their plans and think they might honour their agreements.

Shame on you, Serdar Turkmenbashi of Turkey, who I regarded as my
brother, to break our agreement not just once but twice.
Shame on you, Kevin of Italy, who I helped to get a share of former
