Eddie pointed out an error in the adjudication. I misordered one of his moves. He pointed it out in the appropriate
timeframe. I will re-issue corrected orders tonight. HOWEVER, please note: it does NOT affect the needed retreats
or affect builds.

builds/removals. If the potential Austrian retreat does not
affect your decisions on where to build, feel free to send in
those orders. The deadline for builds will be Friday 5pm CST
October 12th.
