The orders are in, the deadline's been reached, and the results are
attached. The English Channel is clear for weekend sailors in their
pleasure boats while those neutral countries welcome the armies of
their neighbours offering protection. Surely there won't be a war in
Europe with such a friendly bunch of tyrants.
