It's been brought to me attention that I'm mistaken in stating that the deadline for builds was Tuesday - my email with the Fall 1902 results stated it was Monday. Unfortunately, I'm now at work, and don't have access to Realpolitick, the adjudication program that I use, so I'll adjudicate when I get home this evening (1800GMT or thereabouts)
