Thanks Andy, and sorry I couldn't keep you alive through all this - who'd have thought Rob would give up NYC so easily?

On the bright side, the revenge you've allowed the Quebecians to reap unto NY has provided no shortage of enjoyment. The Quebecians plan a formal tribute to the Heartland when NYC finally falls. At a minimum, there will have to be large floats, possibly some balloons with words upon them, and a huge statue of the NY leader, as the words float into his mouth and the robotic actuators make his jaw chew.

The fortune cookie for Fall 2010 lets us know that "What you left behind is more mellow than wine." ...

But tell that to California, as he gets jumped by almost every remaining power on the board. The southern state holds its own though, ensuring some quality shore-leave time for their troops in Hawaii. Meanwhile, Cuba and Florida once again trade centers and the the Big Apple continues to be chewed down to its core...

Sadly, we bid farewell to our Heartland dicatator with this round. Andy, you came, you conquered, you left us too soon... My thanks for playing this one out right to the bitter bitter. =)

Two retreats needed, as well as a third from the Heartland if Andy so chooses. Deadline for Early Winter 2010 retreats will be set for Saturday, June 14th (11:59 PM GMT).

Cheers! Let me know if you spot any errors..
