Hey folks,

Well, this adjudication was a long time in coming. My apologies for that - I admit that I might have waited a little too long here for Nick to get back in contact. Game-wise, Turkey builds in Constantinople and England in Edinburgh...

A DIAS has been tabled for your consideration. Please have your yay or nay vote on that turned in with your Spring 1910 orders. I'll set the deadline for Monday, June 23rd (11:59 PM GMT). HOWEVER - if all sets of orders are turned in and marked final, I'll adjudicate early seeing as how we've already experienced such a long delay.

Please turn orders in to me. It looks as though I'll be running the helm for the forseeable future.
