We had another NMR from Germany, that is his Second and puts him out of this game.
I will take a Vote on CD or replacement. Please respond by Tuesday, 6/24.
A non response will count as a vote for finding a replacement.

No retreats are needed, so as soon as we have a new German, or decide to CD him, we will move on with Fall 1905.
