No orders from the French result in the removal of the French fleet in the Western Med. per the house rules.

Austria: Remove F Eastern Mediterranean
England: Build A London
France: Remove F Western Mediterranean
Russia: Build A Moscow Build A Warsaw
Turkey: Build A Ankara

Spring 1906 moves will be due 8pm EST July 2nd 2008.
