Openness: As a sculptor views an uncarved slab of marble with an open-mind, so does a new player view a game of Diplomacy. The history of the game unwritten, the paths it will take and the shape of the results lie in the future, to be known only after the contest is completed.

Oh dear, didn't see that one coming! I thought I still got couple more rounds to play (my vacation begins in 2 1/2 weeks, so my intention was to kill my units before that). Well, Germany goes offline, but before that I'd like to wish you all good luck. May the best man/woman win!

Have a nice summer you all! I'll be back when it starts raining...

Diplomacy games may contain lying, stabbing, or deliberately deceiving communications that may not be suitable for and may pose a hazard to young children, gullible adults, and small farm animals.
