The ship rollicked its way through the English Channel, the salty channel spray misting the faces of all those on deck. Watson stood at the rail breathing in deeply, enjoying the motion of the ship. The trip was bringing back memories of his time in the service, and for a moment he stood deep in remembrance of his youthful warrior days.
His internal reverie was interrupted by Holmes, tsking loudly as he lay stretched out in the deck chair nearby. "Tut tut," he exclaimed. "How could they be so dull-witted?"
"What is that, Holmes?" Watson wandered over and asked. His friend pointed to the front page article on the Times, a copy of which he had found lying on the table.
"This mystery destruction of the Russian fleet in the Boscombe Valley." Holmes explained. "Here they credit the Fins for it and marvel at how they could have pulled it off. Yet it is no big stretch to see how it happened. That nearby fleet the Swedes have lurking abouts was the true arbiter of the affair. Obviously, the Finnish would have found themselves evenly matched if not for Swedish support. It's quite elementary..."

Apologies for not getting this out last night, fellas. A somewhat personal matter came up that required the evening's attention. However, hopefully the short delay is not too off-putting. =)
In the west, the Polish and the Swedes bare their teeth at each other but no aggressive moves are made... Meanwhile, the action in the East intensifies as the Russians lose a unit in Helsingfors and the Polish make a surprise foray into West Dvina.
No retreats are required after the Fall action, leading into Winter 1902. Poland gains two units, Sweden gains one. Deadline for Winter adjustments will be set for Friday, July 11th (11:59 PM GMT).
Please let me know if you spot any errors. Cheers!
