Ladies and Gentleman

The old Russia has written to me stating that he can no longer continue in the game. Whilst I dont know Dylan's opinion on this matter, I thought that being so early in the game a replacement Russia would be a better option than CD so I have opened the game to recruiting. I am hoping that we will get a russia in the next couple of days and then set the spring 1902 deadline a short time after that.

I know this is another delay and for that i am sorry but I am hoping that a committed russian player is worth it.
