Friends...

IF Alfred is to be replaced in this game, the dynamics will shift once more in a manner that will be difficult to justify in my mind. He has played a tremendous game and has been one of the most interesting and respectable players I have crossed swords with on a dip board.

I know that a few weeks ago, he had a loss in his family that kept him away from the keyboard and reduced his diplomatic messages down to one or two a season at best (from an early -game average of 4-5). I personally feel that giving him the NMR now and attempting to finish the game without him would be a disservice to him and, in an unintentional way, disrespectful to his loss.

I would like to propose a 3-way draw between Turkey, Germany (Alfred), and France with survival for Italy and Russia.

I personally feel that even with a new Germany, the most likely outcome at this point is a 3-way draw anyways (though I still think I have a 40/60 chance at the solo.)


with that in mind - I propose the 3way draw and ask you all to vote 'aye' so we can wrap this game up and move on to the next.
