One one hand I blame myself. I normally can get a 24 hour warnign to remind people the deadline is coming.

On the other hand, I have urged players to send prelims after they see the adjudication, the dealdine is included in the adjudication and on the Dc199 game page at www.diplomaticcorp.com and i record the deadline on the site so it shows in the player's personal profile.

and still France sent NO builds in.

France - you have 24 hours to submit build or you will be replaced in this game.
