Heya folks,

The retreat is in a little early as Chris has left on vacation for the weekend. Russia retreats to Narew, opening the door to the Winter 04 adjustments. Deadline will be set for Monday, August 18th (11:59 PM GMT).

I've attached the Fall maps to this turn as well as I wasn't able to send them out last night.
