F: Split Spa/Tus, Join GoL/TYR
R: Split Mun/BLA, Join Tyr/Vie
T: Split Bur/Mun, Join Swi/Kie

We have one extra phase this turn, as Turk F Rome/sc is beached, and
much choose immediately to either:

- Relocate to Rome/wc or Rome/ec
- Disband
- Remain on Rome/sc landlocked

If I could get that by Friday 10am Pacific, I'll have the result out by
the weekend!

(I'll wait to post this summer turn to the website till I have the
Seismic retreat)
