Folks,
I humbly beg you all to forgive me for not adjudicating this morning. It's my daughter's fourth birthday, and I foolishly didn't get to the adjudication before she woke up this morning. Since that time, I've spent the whole day catering to nearly her every whim (I'm a complete sucker.) I promise that I will get the adjudication out this evening, after she's abed. This slip on my part will not cut into your negotiation time - I'll push the deadline to guarantee *at least* 24 hours for winter (or autumn, if there are any retreats.)
