I have found a turkey... or rather, a turkey has stuck out his neck:
Mark Utterback: mdemagogue(at)gmail.com
In his last completed game (DC 192), Mark earned a German solo despite the presence of Mike Sims as Russia and an indubitably superior player (myself) as Italy. I can see from his player profile that Mark is now on a campaign to replace abandoned positions.
My point is: Mark is a good guy. Do yourselves the favor of throwing your former battle plans out the window and starting fresh with a fresh player. Replacement players deserve our thanks and a legitimate opportunity to thrive in the game... before we stab them and toss their bodies off the bridge. Lecture over.
