For your consideration, the diplomatic division of the Imperial game has proposed a 3-way US-France-Dutch draw. Please take it under review and have your yay or nay votes to me with the Spring 1879 Orders - due on Thursday, October 16th (11:59 PM GMT).

And yes - I erred in the date originally published for the deadline. Spring orders are due on Thursday - which is the 16th of October. My apologies for any confusion in that. Your GM is a goofball. =P
