Dear Players of Dc180,

1) Still no contact from Steve C. I know that we all hope that this is some sort of minor computer malfunction and he will be back with us soon.

2) No contact from David so I am reluctantly replacing him as Russia in this game.

3) The Good news is that Matthew Kelly is ready and willing to step into Russia. I am sure everyone will give Matthew a chance
to diplome in this game (in fact in the next 72 hours)

I am going to set a Spring 1906 deadline for Thursday 8am GMT.
(this is in about 72 hours but i dont want to delay the game longer than I need to)
