England's fleets stand dominant in the northern reaches of the continent while France maintains a near solid front from Berlin to Portugal. And Russia's third army, the brutal Winter seems to be hurting it's own men as much as the enemy as the country has trouble supporting it's troops abroad. But who knows what Spring will be.
