Those who choose not to submit will not be assumed to be submitting hold orders, they will be abstaining from any neutral orders. HOWEVER you still must confirm you have not dropped off the face of the planet and at a bare minimum confirm you are in the game! Those who submit orders for neutrals publicly in the form of a limerick will be given double weight.

The RP / RW variant on the site was nonfunctional, I updated it, and corrected some problems. Namely, Ch’i and Ch’in were not valid countries as RW confused one w the other. The attached .dpw file will work if you go and REDOWNLOAD the variant from the site, delete your current variant from RW (RP will not work) and install this one.
