Commanders!

Here are the Winter 1903 builds and disbands. I didn't receive anything from our German commander, so I disbanded based on the DC House Rules. Andrew, if you sent me something, please let me know.

Deadline for Spring 1904 remains Tuesday Nov 11 (at) 2359 GMT.

And of course a very big thanks to our stand-in GM, Trout!

Good luck and best regards!

Bruce

Diplomacy games may contain lying, stabbing, or deliberately deceiving communications that may not be suitable for and may pose a hazard to young children, gullible adults, and small farm animals.
