Dc113 Winter 1902.

I'm sending this again, as i got none of my use signs that it was sent.

Austria - builds a Bud.

Turkey submitted no build (NBR) and thus build waived.

Spring 1903 will be due Saturday 3rd November, Australian EST (Friday night american time) but if anyone wants more time, just drop me an email.
