I would not have voted in favour if I didn't think Austria deserved to be in this. I think he's played a quite good game, and he's been instrumental in holding R/T back - and that does count for a lot in my book. As for your request, I don't think Austria would accept that. I would, of course

I'll let Mick speak for himself. I've been playing this game since I was 12. I now have grand-children. I have found it appropriate at times to include a player with only one center left in a tie proposal because of exceptional play. And that is how I judge who I believe should be included in a tie--How they play. While I am relatively new to this game I have looked back at how the game progressed and Austria's inclusion in the tie is not warranted. I would be happy to vote for a German/French tie which is well deserved. If that is not acceptable then take me out.

I'm sure both of you can see that if the AFG alliance doesn't break up, you can neither win nor stalemate. Speaking for the alliance, I can say that we have every intention of sticking together until the inevitable. Please feel free to confirm this privately. By agreeing to an AFG draw now, we all save time playing out a foregone conclusion, and you both survive. If you would rather continue until elimination, then we will of course oblige. Should you choose to keep playing, don't assume that survival is a standing offer.
