GAME NOTES:
A draw has been proposed, and it will be voted on with the Spring orders. The draw is a 3-way A/F/G.
Please submit your vote starting now all the way up to the Spring deadline. All votes are final, unless marked preliminary. I will announce the result of the vote as soon as I have all of the votes.

I have already retreated the Italian army to ARM. If the Italian wishes to retreat to SMY or OTB, he can let me know by the winter deadline. I will adjudicate winter as soon as I receive both adjustment orders.

Lastly, the Spring deadline will be next Tuesday (12/23). I'll have the results out by no later than Wednesday afternoon, and then we won't have another deadline until probably the next Tuesday (12/30) and then the next deadline after that, whatever it may be, will probably be the following Tuesday after that (1/6), so that nobody has to miss a deadline due to the holidays.
