I had a quick look myself, and I believe everything is correct. Germany has four units and three SCs. Keep in mind that I adjudicated the autumn retreat to Ruhr on my own. Make sure you're looking at the "winterdue" map, not the "autumndue" map.
Cheers,
Warren

I am sure he would like to have ARuh in place so that he can reclaim his Dutch property from the nasty double-crossing English...

Actually Germany does not need to remove a unit, unless he wishes to retreat A MUN

Forget that- I looked at the wrong map. You are of course correct.

There is an error in the adjudication. Germany is already on 3 units, so does not need to remove one (my friends and I had already done that for him- ha ha).

Okay, finally, here we go.
We had one German retreat for autumn, and because there was only one option I have adjudicated that as well. Matt please let me know if you would have preferred retreating OTB, and I'll change things up.
Winter 1903 is now due in just over 2 days. Thursday, January 8, 22:00 MST.
Current status and build/disbands that are due are posted at the bottom of the adjudication.
