Good news, just like that we've got a post on the WB forum, alerting us as to his new address. Let's go with bridgejunky-at-ymail-dot-com, and set a new deadline for Monday 10am Pacific, so you all have a couple days to contact him if needed. If I happen to get orders from Paul marked "final" sooner, I'll run the turn whenever.

Hey folks,
I've been trying feverishly all week to get a message thru to our temp Philippines leader Paul... and as you may have noticed, they're all bouncing! So the last I heard from him was the mail in which he accepted the post, and then he was not able to receive the adjudication from last turn or anything, and I've tried to mail him daily. Seeing as this is beyond the scope of the temp position, and it wouldnt be fair to Greg to put his country in NMR for the turn, when I cant get an adjudication out to Paul, (the temp assigned by me) we have to hold till either Paul is able to receive messages (including the winter results) or till Greg returns. Hate to do it but I'll have to keep you posted as we go along!
