Hi Trout,

From now on, FGR are in a guessing game each turn with F Nwy. A year
from now, they will be in a similar guessing game with F Bal (now
FStP). The first time that they guess wrong on either one, their
position collapses. Since that is guaranteed to happen sooner or
later, I'm proposing a four-way draw (AEIT) to be voted on along with
the submission of Spring 11 orders.
