A lot of defense this season as the Czar holds the fort in Holland,
causing a roadblock for Germany's armies in France, and some supports in
the south lead to almost a total lack of movement. Other notable
happenings include Germany's whole navy pushing north and west and the
continued northward march of Italy's armies.
No retreats, so we progress straight to Fall 1908, which will be due
this Friday, February 20, at 9 pm eastern.
