GAME NOTES:
Greetings gentlemen. The game is about to begin. Below will be your country assignments and first deadline. I tried to give everyone their first, second or third choice. Most of you had the same preferences, so it was hard. But I trust that everyone will have fun with the country they were assigned.

We'll go a full week plus a day for the first one, so everyone can get to know each other. I have to leave work right on time next Friday, so I'll be adjudicating right at 5pm EST.

Please remember to add dc188 to all emails sent to me, so that my filter doesn't miss them. I am not responsible for lost email.

Prelims requested when possible.
