Interesting logic as the nations of North America rise from the ashes of Empire and lurch into a running start. A fairly bloodless one at that, as most energy is spent snapping up the neutrals with great success. A minor conflict is witnessed by the coyotes of Chihuahua, baking in the sun, as California and Mexico butt heads. Other than that, everyone seems to be getting along... Weird. =P
No retreats are required from the Fall moves. We'll move into Winter 2001 - and owing to some sort of major holiday that's going on right now, we'll set the deadline for Thursday, December 27th (11:59 PM GMT).
