Seeing as the next turn is a build phase, I see no reason to extend the deadline to July 10th when I get back from my vacation. Instead, the deadline will be July 4th, 9:00 PM PST. Germany and France will both be unavailable close to the deadline, so make sure that you get your negotiations with them done early, if you need to talk with them.
