Well . . . looks like Winter Blitz is not getting off to as great a start as I had thought. Human error creeps into everything humans are required to interact with; my apologies again to all affected.

I need at least France and Germany to acknowledge this correction. I will proceed with the Winter Build/Disband Adjudication as early possible after the deadline tonight (24:00hrs GMT) after receiving those acknowledgements, but no later than Noon (GMT) tomorrow (January 16th). Thanks.
