Well, this is an interesting development in early play. And, while I would hold play until replacement players could be found in normal play, this is Tournament play. So, play proceeds with 3 NMR's.

Luckily, early play is the best time to recover from such a misstep. So, if you guys are still out there, this is a good reason why I preach sending in Preliminary Orders. However, you still have a fighting chance. Get back in and see what you can negotiate . . . or steal.
