All,
I am glad to see us right back on track. Thanks for the slightly longer period for the deadline as we let Leif settle in. From here on, deadlines will roughly be a week for Spring/Fall and a few days for retreat turns or Winter. IF by chance a player needs an extension due to real life getting in the way, please let me know if advance and I can usually plan accordingly.

For the newer players, this is the turn where we move to Winter (since we needed no retreats). All players except for Russia have orders due. While the adjustments are included in the orders below, I will summarize here:
