"Only the results as adjudicated will be shown, not as ordered."

As I've discussed before, misorders will appear in the final adjudication merely as '[Unit] Holds'. However, this rule does not really cover NMRs. When every unit for a power is ordered to hold, either that player has given up the will to live, or the player has NMR'd. To make the state of things even more explicit, you can visit the DC 314 webpage and see a tally of NMRs for the game.

All of which is to say: Austria NMR'd. But when you consider the hostility arrayed against him, I'm not entirely sure that submitting orders would have done him much good. Sure, he could've temporarily preserved his bacon by ordering A Bud-Rum, A Vie-Tyl, and F Gre-Aeg/Ion. But that would be a temporary measure. Austria would still be facing three hungry neighbors with pointy teeth. Sharp, pointy teeth.

Retreats are due tomorrow at 14:00 CST. Three units were dislodged. England must submit a retreat for F Norway. It may retreat to Barents Sea, Norwegian Sea, Skagerrak, or off the board. Austria has two retreats which I will auto-adjudicate. Both A Serbia and A Trieste may retreat to Albania or off the board. I am sending Serbia to Albania and Trieste to disband.
