Hello all,

Everyone had orders in 12 hours + before the deadline so I hope nobody was too upset I didn't send out a reminder this time. (Reminder is not required but I do it as a service most of the time..don't count on it though-prelims are a must). A bunch of dislodgements this turn as we say goodbye to Venice, Belgium, and the Black Sea.
