Sorry this is a bit late.
French army retreats to Burgundy.

Next Deadline
Fall 1902 is Due Sunday March 17th, 2013 at Midnight GMT (7:00PM EST).
It also just occurred to me that Europe may not have done the same time shift as EST yet so when in doubt I'd get your orders in at least an hour or so early.
