Hello All,

ENGLAND, you have a retreat: F North Sea can retreat to Yorkshire or Edinburgh or Norwegian Sea or Skagerrak or London. YOUR RETREAT IS DUE FRIDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2008, but the sooner the better.

The English retreat will not impact the supply center count, so we already know we will have some builds/disbands. For now, I will hold off on setting a deadline... but feel free to send them whenever you are ready. Once I have all the builds/disbands, however, I will adjudicate them... so if you are prone to changing your mind on builds, you might best wait until I issue a deadline and it nears.
