Pretty interesting turn. Unfortunately it was marred by two NMRs. We had two retreats but each only had one option so I took those:

F Mon retreats to Buenos Aires
F Crc retreats to Cumana

Both can go OTB if so desired. It would mean that adjustments get altered slightly (Argentina would be able to build 1 and Venezuela would not owe a disband). One technical note: the .dpy file shows Caracas holding instead of no move received. That is because RP will disband a unit that has no move received giving it no opportunity for retreat. Thus I have to hold the unit to still allow a retreat.

Winter adjustments are due Thursday at 6pm CST. They are:

Argentina: no change (unless retreat OTB)
Brasil: build 2
Bolivia: no change
Chile: no change
Colombia: build 1 (1 banked)
Paraguay: no change (1 banked)
Peru: build 2
Venezuela: remove 1 (unless retreat OTB)
