Ok, here is one of those situations. Retreats AND Winter Orders are due tomorrow. If you feel it necessary, conditional orders will be accepted.

I have included a "Supply Recount" map to show how the Supplies were counted.

FYI: while a convoy cannot be cut simply by attacking the convoying fleet, it can be cut if the fleet is dislodged. This is what has occurred in the Ionian Sea. Since Turkey dislodged the Italian fleet in the Ionian, the Italian convoy of Apulia to Tunis does not occur (per standard game rules).
