Folks,

We have a mapper! And because he's not just making a map but actually adjudicating on RP, errors are caught. For example, if Germany bounces France in Paris, Burgandy is not vacated, and so France keeps Mar and Italy does not get it. This affects builds/disbands, see below.

Winter 02 orders are due 8/25 at 7:00 AKST (16:00)

I've been asked to keep the identity of our mapper a secret, so he'll e-mail me a map and I'll send it out after I've deemed it correct.
