There's a definite westward trend to the units of Mediterranean nations. Turkey. Austria. Italy. And it's not just the fleets. The armies go west, too. There's a smooth, almost unimpeded flow to the west (no train-stopping bounce in Silesia this season!).
In the north, things play much differently. For every thrust there is a parry, and the only unit north of Munich that moves is the Russian army from Warsaw to Prussia.
All in all, I'd say our central powers are in trouble.

We have one retreat:
German army Munich may retreat to Berlin, Silesia, Tyrolia, or OTB.
