Sorry for the delay...I had some issues with getting JDip to work that prevented me getting the turn done. All should be good now.

We have a lot going on this turn. Honestly can't say that I remember that I have seen a Turkish A in Sev where Turkey and Russia aren't at war? And honestly can't say that I remember that I have seen a French F in NAO before without France and England fighting...or are they?

And speaking of fighting, what's the deal with AI?

Sigh...I guess we just have to wait until 1903 to see. BUT, before that we have Winter business:
