Hey all,

Almost literally nothing happens in the west, except the potentially game-changing English possession of the Atlantic. The East, however, is a hotbed of violence. The Turks stand their ground, but leave the back door ajar for Italians. The Russians begin to crumble under a three pronged attack.

Three retreats:
Italians F Eas can retreat to Syr or OTB
Russian F Rum can retreat to Bla, Sev or OTB
Russian A War can retreat to Lvn, Mos, Ukr, or OTB

Assuming all units stay on the board winter brings:

Austria: +1 (+Rum)
England: Even
France: +1 (+Por)
Germany: +2 (+swe, +War)
Italy: Even
Russia: -1 (-War, -Rum, +unused build from 01)
Turkey: Even

As you all know, though ALL ORDERS ARE DUE AT THE SAME TIME (Fri, 8:00 PM CST), technically the retreats happen first, so builds/disbands can be made conditional to the retreats. ie, "If russian A War-Lvn, build F Tri; if russian A War retreats OTB, build A Bud". You should know the drill from round one.
