PREV  Fall 1902 Adjudication:  NEXT

Austria Manages to Bounce Everyone Safely to Protect the Homeland
France Loses Munich AND Gets Outpositioned by Italy?
Russia Quietly Consolidates the North
AND WE HAVE PRESS!!!

All,
What a turn! Apologies for the delay. I had unexpected travel so that threw things out of time.
I am VERY intrigued by the turns this game is taking. The balance on this one is still pretty even but that can't hold forever. Who will be first to feel the knife?

So we move to Winter (where we will have some action) but only after Fall retreats!

ENGLISH F Nwy can retreat a multitude of places (that Gerry is adept enough to figure out)

Gerry - let me get that with a FINAL designation as quickly as you can so we can move on to Winter.

An update on the timeframe of the next few turns. I will be going on vacation for almost two weeks starting next Thursday night (the 20th). I would like to have Winter due by Thursday the 13th and then Spring 1903 by the 19th (the next Wednesday - short by one day). That would allow me to get Spring done before vacation and then we would have a long break before Fall 1903 (due July 6th).

I hope all find this acceptable. Quick but best for the flow of the game I think.

Press first, then orders.

Cheers.
Garry

Russian sends aid to Munich
Dateline St Petersburg
In a stunning announcement today, Prince Nicholas the Passion-Bearer sends emergency supplies to the beleaguered civilians in Munich.
Shortly before boarding the Imperial Train as he departed for the Winter Palace, his Imperial Majesty stated "We will send food and medical supplies to our neighbors in Munich. While we condemn the aggressive and unprecedented actions of President Loubet, we will not, at this time, respond in kind. We're sending only humanitarian aid and a few, selected military advisors".

Anonymous PRESS:

Germans caught celebrating Oktoberfest in June.

DATELINE – ESSEN, GERMANY

Despite the opportunity to support it’s heretofore allies England or Italy, or payback France for their rude intrusion into southern Germany, or even support its own countrymen, the mighty German of the Ruhr decided to address their drunken stupor by taking a nap.

Sgt. Schultz commented on the well-executed hangover, “I see nothing, I know nothing!”

Guards at the wall said, "Hey?!?"

Quoting a science fiction pilot the Germans collectively lamented, "It's not my fault!"
