Hopefully this gets us right back on track!

Well well. Interesting turn indeed. I am dying to see how this one turns now that we have a player on the brink of elimination and our first obvious stab?!

We DID have retreats. However, each retreat only had one option so I auto-retreated them. I will give additional highlights on options here:

German F Belgium retreats to English Channel - if desired, you can retreat off the board and get a build in either Kiel or Berlin; else the retreat stands

Austrian A Ser retreats to Albania; if desired, it can go OTB - you owe two disbands anyway so let's just handle it that way

With that, we then move to Winter. The following builds/removals are needed for Winter:

England - no change
France - build 2 but net 1 because you only have one open home center
Germany - no change PENDING the retreat above
Italy - build 1
Russia - no change
Turkey - build 2
