(This assumes that England does not choose to retreat off the board. Rick, if you do choose to retreat off the board, please submit a build if you wish).

The Winter 1902 adjustments are due *simultaneously* with the Autumn 1902 retreats. I will adjudicate *both* tomorrow at 2100GMT. If you choose, you may make your Winter orders conditional... e.g. "If Russian F MAO retreats to Tun, then build xxx; if Russian F MAO retreats to Syr, then build yyy; if Russian F Sweden retreats off the board, then waive build".
